Emma and I went to Cal Skate! It was a blast from the past since I grew up going there!
Emma drew this picture of me roller skating! You can see the skate and the stoppers on the front of them. I'm also wearing knee and elbow pads.

I miss it too! Looks like a fun outing! We go ice skating all the time and my kids LOVE it!!
Cal skate was the place to be, I had my first hand holding experience there during the couple skate!
Oh the memories! Good ole Cal Skate. You inspired me to take my girls on Mommy-Daughter dates last week, Cristi! They loved it. Thanks for sharing the fun things you guys do. :)
oh my goodness! they still have the same skates from when i was a kid...and they were old then!
I think those are the exact same skates I use like 20 years ago. Holly Smokes I'm getting old.
