Carli's Baby Shower!

  In July we threw a BABY SHOWER for Carlita in Petaluma at a quaint little restaurant called "Jacqueline's High Tea."

Me with my game face on! This is SERIOUS BIZNESS.

There were tea hats, so we HAD to wear them, of course!

Carli got some seriously cute boy stuff! You can tell how happy she is. :)

We are all so happy for Carli, and even Travis!

Stake Pioneer Day!

Every year our stake puts on a Pioneer Day around the 24th of July to celebrate the Saints arriving in the Salt Lake Valley. 

There was face painting, a bounce house, volley ball, BBQ, sno cones, and even a dunk tank!

There was live music, which Emma is always drawn to. 

Afterwards, we went back to grandma and grandpa's house to make s'mores and have a campout in the back yard! Grandma taught the kids songs from Girls Camp like "Goin on a Lion Hunt" and we did Positive Pine Cone and had all the kids say positive things about each other, (except we couldn't find a pine cone so it was Positive Cup.) They each said things like "I like Owen cause he's the best brother ever," and "I like Emma cause she's the best cousin ever." Too cute!

Grandpa Jeff was the lucky one who got to sleep in the tent with the kids! :)

Swim Lessons

 Brooke took Swim Lessons at Cal Fit this Summer. She learned a lot in her 3 weeks and gained confidence! I am so proud of her!

Her teacher was Matt. When lessons we over, she wrote him a Thank You note with lots of hearts. :)
